Where does the time go? Seems like it was just Monday and I was nervously headed to my new position at work. Different job, different place, different people. And I have my own office! I love it! Need to dress up the office and make it ‘mine’, but that takes time. Not in the mood to shop after work and every night have had something going, but this weekend I am going to find some things to fix it up.

But I did discover I have NO appropriate clothes. After years of wearing scrubs and blue jeans and capris, I have nothing to wear!!!! Know what that means???? SHOPPING! :bananadance:

But I have not ignored my writing. And Mz Cece/Amie, I wasn’t ignoring you. Never saw your email or comment or whatever. I am so sorry!

Got three pages done on Jarad’s Song last night. That was after coming home after 6:30 pm, having company for an hour and working at the desk before I could start writing. Rushing through this so I can gt back to it.

Off to visit Mik at Romance Heart chat first…almost forgot!!!

Shopping!! Yeah!! It is always great when you don’t just want ot go shopping, but you accually have to–and not for boring stuff like paper towels and toilet paper, but for new clothes.

Love the quote at the top.

I don’t know what I would do if I got a job. I don’t know that I have any decent clothes. Hope you have fun doing it. Of course it would probably be more fun buying clothes for a book tour:grin:

Good job on getting your writing done.

Devon Ellington Says:

That’s the key. Making the time to write, no matter what. Good for you and congrats on the new job.

Yeah, it’s me, don’t get confused.

I love it when I have a legitimate excuse for spending money.
