What a fun Halloween last night! I stayed home and worked on the computer and getting things caught up to start NaNoWriMo today. So nervous about doing it.

But it was fun watching my 23 yr old son. The doorbell would ring and he would race to the door before anyone else could reach it. And then I’d hear him say ” Aw, look how cute you are! You make a pretty fairy/scary witch/great batman.” Made my heart feel good he could be so sweet and kind. But everytime a Darth Vader showed up it was, “Hey, dude! That is so cool! You know what tomorrow is?” A blank look from Darth. “You know, episode (fill in the blank here) is coming out in DVD tomorrow! Isn’t that GREAT!”

I think most of the Darths left here last night with glazed looks on their faces.

Had a personal visit from two Harry Potters, Troy Aikman, and one Danny Phantom. Cute, cute, cute! And you know who you are! And the mom was dressed also. As a well adjusted woman! Loved it! You always make me laugh, girlfriend! The littlest Harry asked if we had a ‘pway station’. I told him no because I didn’t think we did. Didn’t know that son #4 had bought one not too long ago. Whadda I know? It is in a ‘No Girls Allowed’ sector.

Hate it when Halloween is over. Means I have to start my Christmas shopping! 😐

Good luck on NaNoWriMo!

We had quite the assortment of great costumes last night too. My husband’s favorite (which I missed) was four jr. high girls dressed as KISS.

How funny, Amy! I would have loved to see that myself. :rotfl:
